1/09/06  CE Certificate Updates:

	The CE Certificate for Type F (universal bottom fire) (0080.EXP.01.021) has been revised to update n.e.w. data for DET-3050-006.
	The CE Certificate for TAG (0080.EXP.01.032) has been updated to add SDP-4500-400NT3 and to update n.e.w. data for SDP-3375-411NT3.

01/04/06  Updated the HAZLIST (Domestic & Export) and  HAZLIST (Canada), summary reports. For those of you who prefer to have a hardcopy of HAZLIST, these are the reports you should use.  See the HAZLIST page to download these new reports.

12/22/05 A new version of the Export License Request Form has been posted.   You should begin using this form immediately for export license requests.

12/12/05 Review of additional MSDSs has been completed and updated versions are available.  To make it easier to locate those MSDSs that have been updated, the date shown in the "Last Updated" column is highlighted in yellow.  See the MSDS table for updated MSDSs.

11/29/2005  Added a new page in the ATF section discussing ATF Rulings.  Most recently, ATF issued a new ruling on 11/25/2005 regarding the meaning of the term "inhabited building".  Click here for details.  

11/28/2005  OCS MSDSs are being reviewed and will be replaced, one-by-one, as the reviews are completed.  Check the "Last Updated" column in the MSDS table for current status.

11/23/2005  An updated ATF location list/certification document is now available (click here)

11/03/2005  DOT-E 8451 has been revised it is now listed as a Special Permit Authorization DOT-SP 8451.  Obtain the 31st Rev. on the Exemptions Page and discard all previous versions

10/27/2005  Updated the HAZLIST (Domestic & Export) and  HAZLIST (Canada), summary reports. For those of you who prefer to have a hardcopy of HAZLIST, these are the reports you should use.  See the HAZLIST page to download these new reports.

9/12/05:  In the CE Certifications section, the Table of CE Certificates has been updated to include links to original certificates and revision certificates.

9/9/05:  In the Export Controls Reference section, added a new FAQ section where we will be adding FAQs as the come in.  Currently there is one FAQ, "Do I need an export license?".  Replaced the Export Control Summary Section with this new FAQ.

7/27/2005:  The CE Certificate for BOOSTERS, BI-DIRECTIONAL (Cert. No. 0080.EXP.01.0011) has been revised to include DET-3050-429Q.  Although already CE certified, this part number was accidentally omitted on the previous version of the certificate.  Today's posting corrects that omission.

7/16/2005:  ATF has renewed Owen Oil Tools Load Plant licenses.  An updated location list/certification document is now available (click here).

5/26/2005:  Two CE Certificates have been revised.

1. CUTTERS, SEGMENTED (Cert. No. 0080.EXP.01.0014). Added CUT-3562-062NT.

2. PERF-OP, TAG (Cert. No. 0080.EXP.01.0032). Added HSC-3125-305WC, HSC-3125-369WC, AND STB-3375-425.
   
   Revised TAG-4625-301ZF.  Base charge is increased to 17.5 grams and total N.E.W. is increased to 18.5 grams.

4/28/2005 DOT-E 12335 has been revised.  Obtain the 4th Rev. on the Exemptions Page and discard all previous versions.

4/06/2005  Updated the combined statement that satisfies ATF requirements regarding provision of license copies, certified statement of intended use, and certified authorized receivers list.  Click here for more info.

3/9/2005:   DOT-E 4850 has been revised.  Obtain the 14th Rev. on the Exemptions Page and discard all previous versions.

3/2/2005: Updated the list of items that are IDZ certified, click here.  This list is currently only available in PDF format and the IDZ status is not reflected in HAZLIST On-line.  Since we have  almost 400 certificates, each 2-3 pages in length, all certificates are not available for download.  We have made available only a select number of certificates.  We will make other certificates available on-line upon request (not to exceed 5 certificates per day).  Requests for "all" certificates will not be honored.  Upon review of the IDZ List, if a certificate is available, the notation "Click for certificate" has been added in the last column of the list.  Click that hyperlink to retrieve the certificate.

2/22/2005:  As previously announced (8/31/04),  out-of-date packaging information was removed from HAZLIST On-line.  That information has now been updated and loaded back into HAZLIST On-line for most common items.  Please note; however, that this information is provided only as a guide and that actual packaging information is determined at the time of shipment and may vary from the information published in HAZLIST On-line.
