We've prepared a special version (1.37mb PDF) that includes the complete text, the current List of Explosive Materials, supplemental information from the 2000 "Orange Book" (rulings, Q&A, etc.), the Homeland Security Act, the Safe Explosives Act, and Federal Explosives Law.
