10/02/2003 Updated information on exports to Yugoslavia (Serbia & Montenegro).  BIS has lifted all controls over 1C992 items that were previously in place in cooperation with UN sanctions.  See the Export Control Page, subject Yugoslavia for more information.

09/29/2003 IDZ Certifications of 388 of Owen Oil Tools LP products have been issued by BAM (Germany).  For a list of items that are IDZ certified, click here.  This list is currently only available in PDF format and the IDZ status is not reflected in HAZLIST On-line.  We will advise when this status has been added to HAZLIST On-line.  Additionally, since we have received 388 certificates, each 2-3 pages in length, all certificates are not available for download.  We have made available only those certificates for commodities that have been exported to Germany this year.  We will make other certificates available on-line upon request (not to exceed 5 certificates per day).  Requests for "all" certificates will not be honored.  Upon review of the IDZ List, if a certificate is available, the notation "Click for certificate" has been added in the last column of the list.  Click that hyperlink to retrieve the certificate.

1/22/2003  HAZLIST.  EX numbers for 51 detonators have been updated and a new EX letter is available.  This change is the result of requesting an update of an old CA to the newer EX format.  Hazard class did not change for these items.  Read the notice about this change and see a list of the part numbers affected by clicking here.  Obtain a copy of the new EX letter by clicking here or looking up individual entries on HAZLIST On-line.
