09/19/2002  CE Certification.  Two certificates have been revised:

1. Igniters:  NEW info for DET-5306-074C has been updated

2. Perforators, Open (STK):  STK-4250-402NTX was removed and STK-4250-402SUNTX was added.  The -402NTX number refers to a capped version of the -402SUNTX and should not have been included on this certificate.  The correct item for this certificate is the -402SUNTX number.

9/13/2002  DOT-E 8451 has been revised.  Obtain the 29th Rev. on the Exemptions Page and discard all previous versions.

08/09/2002  Updated the "IVL Required" lists for Export Control Numbers ECCN 3A229 and 3A232.  These lists identify those countries for which an export license (IVL) is required prior to export or rexport of OOT EFIs, EBWs, and associated controllers, including the Ecosse PX-1 Firesets and detonators.   See the Export Control Summary for the updated lists.

Note that the exemption has been revised to clarify that only solid explosives may be transported under DOT-E 8451.
